I did put a short tutorial up in my scraps. It takes some experimentation; I honestly made my flames by accident the first time. Unfortunately I don't remember what the exact settings were on the filters, and I don't have Photoshop anymore (the copy I had was bootlegged and I had to get a new computer). Good luck, I'll try to give advise where I can if you have specific questions.
